Public Hearing for City Vegetation Management Plan

Public Hearing for City Vegetation Management Plan

The Municipal Council will be holding a public hearing in regards to the one year and five year vegetation management plan. This is a requirement of the state when using herbicides to manage the growth of vegetation. This was a constituent concern when they witnessed herbicide sprays being applied in the city, I reached out to our state officials at the Department of Agriculture and in a coordinated effort we are working towards the proper plan for vegetation management. Please follow the link to view and educate yourself on the proposed  1 and 5 year plans. As always please feel free to contact me should you have any questions.
